I spent the first part of my life high-functioning and quietly lost. Achieving, striving, managing — running on a set of programs I never chose and a belief that if I could just think my way to the right answer, I'd find my way home. I found real growth through therapy and mindset work. And then I hit a ceiling.
What opened next was different. As I began working with my body's energetic intelligence directly, something started to rewire. The noise quieted. Decisions arrived differently. I stopped feeling like I was managing my life and started feeling like I was living it.
I followed every thread that opened. Years of deep study, practice, and direct experience — somatics, energy work, consciousness training, and my own sustained immersion in the work — became Ignition. Now I'm in California, building a school and a body of work around the intelligence I wish I'd been taught to access from the beginning.
